CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 1129
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie on the 30th day of June, 1975,
received and recorded on the 14th of August, 1975, an easement for the
construction, operation and maintenance of utilities, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A; and,
WHEREAS, it is found to be in the best interest of the City of
Eden Prairie that said easement be quitclaimed and re-recorded using the
corrected description a .copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Eden Prairie does
hereby authorize its Mayor and City Manager to execute and deliver a deed
quitclaiming the City's interest in and to the easement description
attached hereto as Exhibit A provided and conditioned upon the proper
delivery to the City of Eden Prairie for recording by the property owners
and encumbrancers of a duly executed easement using the correct description
in form satisfactory to the City Engineer and the City Attorney.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 4th day of May,
1976.
