HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 997 - Denying Request for PUD Concept Approval for Mitchell Lake Estates - 05/27/1975 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO.__292 A RESOLUTION DENYI117G REQUEST FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT APPROVAL FOR MITCHELL LAKE ESTATES. WHEREAS , an application was made to the City of Eden Prairie for the purpose of adopting and/or changing the necessary ordinances of the City to permit the establishment of a mobile home park to be known as MITCHELL LAKE ESTATES , and WHEREAS , consideration of this matter has been given by both the Planning Commission and the staff over a rather extended period of time, and WHEREAS , the City Engineer did on or about February 20, 1975 make a report, and TATIEREAS, the Planning Director did, on or about February 18 , 1975 , make a recommendation to the Planning Commission which report recommends denial for the reasons set forth therein, and WHEREAS , the applicant has since withdrawn his request for said concept approval , NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Eden Prairie that said planned unit concept for MITCHELI, LAKE ESTATES be denied for the following reasons 1 . That the application for such planned unit concept approval has been withdrawn. 2 . That the Council accepts as its awn, the findings and recommendations of the Planning Director as contained in his report dated February 18, 1.975,. .ADOPTED by the City of Eden Prairie this 27th day of Kay 19 7 5_ David W.
