RESOLUTION NO . 976
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS
OF RESOLUTION NO . 560 , A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CALLED ROUND LAKE ESTATES.
WITEREAS, the Round Lake Estates PUD is legally described as follows:
Southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 116, Range 22 ,
Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the following setbacks will apply to all lots in the Round
Lake Estates PUD 72-09 except those lots having frontage on
Heritage Road which will maintain previously approved setback
requirements as listed in Ordinance No. 135 pertaining to the R1-13 . 5
Zoning District.
10 foot - side yard setback on 1 and 1 1 story houses
5 foot - side yard setback on garages
15 foot - side yard setback on 2 story houses
25 foot - front yard setback on cul-de-sac side yard
on corner lots shall not conflict with front
setback of adjoining lots .
Lots 8-25 of the Round Lake Estates Addition will utilize the
aforementioned setback requirements .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Eden Prairie approves the.
aforementioned setback requirements for all lots excepting those along
Heritage Road in LD-72-PUD-09 and Resolution No. 560.
