DATE: Feb. 5, 1975
SUBJECT: (Mill Creek 3rd Addition Final Plat Approval
The attached final plat of Mill Creek 3rd Addition has been submitted for
Council approval. This plat is a re-platting of Block 2 of the recently
approved plat of Mill. Creek 2nd Addition.
The proposed re-platting is necessary because of an error in the dimensions
shown on the original. platting of the second addition. This is a townhouse
plat and there were .several very .minor changes in the building locations
during construction (4" through 1 ' 4") which were overlooked when the final
plat was drawn. Thus, the re-platting changes the building locations only
slightly and does not change the number of units or garages involved.
Recommend approval of the final plat of Mill Creek 3rd Addition. The owner
will. he billed a fee of $25 for admiiiistrati-re costs in this matter.
