ROLL CALL/CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER • Mayor Harris convened the joint H.R.A./Council meeting at 9:05 p.m. II. ADOPT THE RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOP- MENT PROJECT NO. 5 INCLUDING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 13. Mayor Harris opened the joint public hearing of the City Council and HRA. Jullie said official notice of this public hearing was published in the November 22, 2001 Eden Prairie News. The purpose of the joint public hearing is to clarify the estimated public improvement costs with respect to Tax Increment Financing District No. 13 (Eden Prairie Center) by amending and modifying the Plan. Staff has worked with bond counsel, the City attorney and financial advisor to develop the appropriate documentation to affect that change. Staff recommended approval of those changes. Mayor Harris asked if anyone present wished to speak to this issue. No one did. MOTION: Mosman moved, seconded by Tyra-Lukens, to close the joint public hearing of the HRA and City Council. Motion carried 5-0. MOTION: Mosman moved, seconded by Butcher, to adopt HRA Resolution 2001-03 relating to the amendment and modification of the Redevelopment Plan for CITY COUNCIL AGENDA December 4,2001 Page 2 • Redevelopment Project No. 5 including Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No.13. Motion carried 5-0. III. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Mosman moved, seconded by Butcher, to adjourn the HRA. Motion carried 5-0.
