I. ROLL CALL/CALL THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Harris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
• II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Tyra-Lukens moved, seconded by Case, to approve the agenda as published.
Motion carried 5-0.
III. APPROVE THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICE LEASE BETWEEN
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE AND C.H.ROBINSON COMPANY
Enger asked Rosow to review the amendment. Rosow said the amendment was the result
of the option C. H. Robinson Company has to extend the term of the lease for an
additional five years. The lease requires the City to enter into discussions to decide the
terms of the lease.
Mayor Harris said she noticed the City is no longer required to have a cafeteria and asked
what that space would be used for. Enger replied the cafeteria will continue to be used
for meetings, etc.,but the City is no longer required to offer a noontime lunch.
MOTION: Tyra-Lukens moved, seconded by Butcher,to approve the fourth amendment
to the office lease between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City
of Eden Prairie and C.H.Robinson Company.
Motion carried 5-0.

IV. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Case moved, seconded by Tyra-Lukens, to adjourn the meeting. Mayor
Harris adjourned the meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment authority at 7:10 p.m.
