RESOLUTION NO. 653
A. RESOLUTION ACCEPTIIQG BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following
improvement;
PROJECT NO. 72-9-19
HIPPS-MITCHELL FIGHTS PLAN "B" - LATERAL WATER AND
SEVIER, STO1U4 SEWER, STREETS AND CURB AND GUTTER
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law end the follow-
ing b-ids were received complying with the advertisement:

and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer recommends award of contract to
Northdale Construction Co. of b;inneapolis, Minnesota as the lowest respon-
sible bidder.
NOW, Tr]EREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Eden Prairie:
1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with Northdale Construction Co. of Minneapolis,
Minnesota in the name of the Village of Eden Prairie for the
improvements aforesaid according -to the plans and speci.f1catio:Os
and on file in the office of the Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
Lowest bidder shadl be retained until a contract has been signed.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilman Boerger and duly seconded
by Cour_ci_lsnan Penzel. The following voted in favor of the resolution: Messrs
Boerger, Penzel, Redpath, McCulloch and Mrs. Meyers, ereupo2i th evolution
was adopted on February 13, 1973.
