CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Harris called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Thorfinnson was absent. H. ADOPT RESOLUTION HRA 99-1 APPROVING SUBORDINATION OF HRA MORTGAGE AND AMENDMENT TO THE FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Uram stated that in December 1998 the representatives of Sterling Ponds came before the Council requesting a public hearing on the issuance of refunding bonds for the Sterling Ponds project,which the City approved in 1989. They are now before the Council requesting authorization for issuance of multiple-family housing refunding bonds in an amount up to $6.65 million, to refund those bonds. MOTION: Tyra-Lukens moved, seconded by Butcher-Younghans, to approve subordination of BRA mortgage and amendment to the first amended and restated project management agreement. Motion carried 4-0. III. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Tyra-Lukens moved, seconded by Case, to adjourn the meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Motion carried 4-0.
