The final plat of Atherton lst Addition is located. in that
part of the Northwest Quarter (NWIT ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 ) of
Section .15, Township 116 North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, IvLinnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at -the southwest corner of said NW-
