ROLL CALL/CALL THE HRA MEETING TO ORDER Chair Tyra-Lukens called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM in shared session with the City Council. All members were present. II. ADOPT RESOLUTION HRA NO. 2012-03 TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED 2013 HRA PROPERTY TAX LEVY TO BE $200,000 AND ACCEPT THE PROPOSED 2013 HRA BUDGET OF $200,000 Getschow said there are two actions tonight related to the budget for the City and the HRA. The first is to set the preliminary levy for the HRA budget. The final levy will be set at the end of the year. He noted the levy amount could only be reduced from this point forward. The HRA levy funds are dedicated to just a few priorities. While the City could levy a maximum of$1,600,000, the proposed HRA levy and budget tonight is $200,000. The levy has been at the same amount for several years. MOTION: Nelson moved, seconded by Butcher Wickstrom, to adopt Resolution HRA No. 2012-03 to approve the proposed 2013 property tax levy to be $200,000 and to accept the proposed 2013 budget of$200,000. Motion carried 5-0. III. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Butcher Wickstrom moved, seconded by Aho, to adjourn the HRA. Motion carried 5-0. Chair Tyra-Lukens adjourned the HRA meeting at 7:04 PM.
