HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 541
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VACATION
OF A PORTION OF VALLEY VIEW ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota that the Council heretofore caused notice of hearing to be
duly published and mailed to owners of each parcel within the area of
a proposed public right of way or easement vacation described as
follows:
A. Valley View Road as follows:
A 66 foot wide roadway easement over and across all that part of the East
1 /2 of Sect-ion 9, Twp. 116, Rg. 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the centerline
of which is described as follows: commencing at the Southeast corner of the
Southwest 1 /4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 9, thence on an assumed
hearing of N 03 degrees 23' 55" E along the East line of the Southwest. 1 /4 of
the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 9, a distance of 121 .85 Beet; thence N 56
degrees 381 2011 E, a distance of 126. 15 feet; thence on a tangential curve,
concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 818.51 feet, a central angle of
14 degrees 35 ' 4811 a distance of 208.52 feet,to the point of beginning of the
j centerline to be described; thence on a tangential curve, concave to the
Southeast, having a radius of 818. 51 feet, a central angle of 14 degrees 35'
4811 a chord bearing of S 63 degrees 56 ' 1411 W, a distance of 208.52 feet;
thence S 56 degrees 38 ' 20" W, a distance of 164.98 feet; thence on a tangential
curve, concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 572.96 feet a central angle
of 27 degrees 36' 1911, a distance of 276.05 feet, thence S 84 degrees 14' 39" W
to its intersection wi1;h the Easterly rinf,t_�f 1 c the u ' 9 c
Louis Railroad and there terminating.
B. Valley View Road as follows:
A 66 foot wide roadway easement over and across all that part of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 10, Twp. 116, Rg. 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the centerline
of which is described as follows: commencing at the Southeast corner of the
Southwest 1 /4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 10, thence on an assumed bear-
ing of N 02 degrees 47 ' 51 " E along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1 /4 of said Section 10 a distance of 555.16 feet; thence N 65 degrees
481 0611 E, a distance of 33.67 feet, to the point of beginning of the centerline
to be described; thence S 65 degrees 48 ' 061, w, a distance of 73.98 feet; thence
N 89 degrees 0211 0811 W, a distance of 1070.44 feet, and there terminating.
