RESOLUTION NO. 462
A RESOLUTION DISCONTINUING THE USE OF
THE FIRE AND PUBLIC_ WORKS BOND FUND
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
that the following revenues and expenditures of the Village' s Fire and Public
Works Bond Fund are authorized and that there being no further use of this
fund, it be terminated as of October 31 , 1971 .

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DIVISION IFOR LEONARD UHERK.,A
PROPERTY IN SECTION 2 , PARCEL 4440
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Leonard Uharka has applied to the Village Council of the
Village of Eden Prairie for approval of division of the above mentioned
property lying within Section 2 , Parcel 4440, County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota , the division to be legally described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Northeast Quarter of. Northeast
Quarter; thence North to Northeast corner thereof; thence West along
North line thereof to a point: 165 feet East from its intersection with
the center line of County Road No . 61; thence South parallel with said
Fast line 200 feet; thence West parallel with said North line to the
center line of road; thence North along said center line to a point 100
feet South at right angles from the North .line of Northeast Quarter;
thence West parallel with said North line to the West line of the East
15 acres of Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter; thence South to
Southwest corner thereof; thence East to beginning except roads.
Division:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 2 ,
Township 116 , Range 22 , described as beginning at a point on the North
line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 171 . 2 feet
West from the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter; thence East to said Northeast corner; thence South to the Southeast
corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West
along the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
a distance of 425 . 75 feet; thence North, parallel with the East line of
said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, to a point 100 feet
South along said parallel line from its intersection with the North lire
of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East parallel
with said I%Torth line 103 . 0 9 feet , more or les s , to the ce nter line of
County Road No. 61; thence Southerly along said center line 101 . 17 feet,
more or less , to a line drawn West, parallel with said North line, from
a point on the fast line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
distant 200 feet South from the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along the last described parallel
line 137 . 7 feet, more or le s s , to a line drawn South, parallel with said
East line , from the point of beginning; thence North, parallel with said
East line , 200 feet to the point of beginning, except that part lying West
of: the center line of County Road No. 61,
Resolution No. 462 continued
That part of the East 425 . 64 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, Section 2 , Township 116 , Range 22 , lying
West of the center line of County Road No . 61 except the North
100 feet thereof.
AND WHEREAS , the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
finds that said division of the above mentioned property does not inter-
fere with the purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of
Eden Prairie .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Eden Prairie that a division of the aforementioned property
as hereinbefore described be accepted and approved .
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie at
a regular meeting thereof held this 9th day of November, 1971 .
