HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 462 - Termination of Fire & Public Works Fund - 11/09/1971 VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 462 A RESOLUTION DISCONTINUING THE USE OF THE FIRE AND PUBLIC_ WORKS BOND FUND BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie that the following revenues and expenditures of the Village' s Fire and Public Works Bond Fund are authorized and that there being no further use of this fund, it be terminated as of October 31 , 1971 . Revenues Bond Proceeds $235,602.49 Interest Income 23,781 . 52 Transfer from General Fund 35, 382.00 Total Revenue $294,766.01 Expenditures Equipment 30 Radios $ 4,981 . 50 Fire Truck 34,724.00 Tank Truck �,725.00 45,430. 50 Land Purchase $ 50,000.00 Site Preparation & Improvements 11 ,927. 12 81 ,927. 12 Building Const -uction 154,621 .09 Bond Sale, Fiscal , Legal , Capitalized Interest 4,967. 30 Transfer to the Debt Service Fund 7,820.00 Total Expenditures $294,766.01 ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie this 9th day of November, 1971 . -'David W. Holmgren, Cl� SEAL VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RFSOL'u'' TION NO . 462 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DIVISION IFOR LEONARD UHERK.,A PROPERTY IN SECTION 2 , PARCEL 4440 HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, Leonard Uharka has applied to the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie for approval of division of the above mentioned property lying within Section 2 , Parcel 4440, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota , the division to be legally described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Northeast Quarter of. Northeast Quarter; thence North to Northeast corner thereof; thence West along North line thereof to a point: 165 feet East from its intersection with the center line of County Road No . 61; thence South parallel with said Fast line 200 feet; thence West parallel with said North line to the center line of road; thence North along said center line to a point 100 feet South at right angles from the North .line of Northeast Quarter; thence West parallel with said North line to the West line of the East 15 acres of Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter; thence South to Southwest corner thereof; thence East to beginning except roads. AND WHEREAS , the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie finds that said division of the above mentioned property does not inter- fere with the purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of Eden Prairie . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie that a division of the aforementioned property as hereinbefore described be accepted and approved .
