RESOLUTION NO. 441
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 425
SYSTEM ASSESSMENT POLICIES - SECTION 8
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Eden
Prairie that Section 8 of Paragraph B of Resolution No. 425 be
amended to read as fol 1 ov►s:
(8) This policy will apply only as of the date of the
adoption of this resolution to those properties served by private
on site sewer and water systems. Financial assistance shall be
limited to not more than 25% of the total assessable lateral cost
but in no event shall exceed $1 ,000 per parcel .
ADOPTED by the Vi i lage Counci 1 on August 17, 1971 .

The Clerk presented affidavits shoi-iing publication :in the
official net•.,spaper and in the Commercial blest of notice of sale of.
.1,2 , 500 ,000 General. Obligation Water and Sewer Bonds of the Village ,
bids f'or which were to be considered at this meeting as provided by
resolution adopted on August 17 , 1971. The affidavits were examined
and approved and ordered_ placed on file .
The Clerk reported that two sealed bids for the purchase
of the bonds had been received at her office at or, before the time
stated in the notice . The bids were then oj)eried and publicly read ,
and found to conform to the notice of sale and to be acconroanied by
the required bid security . The purchase price , coupon rate and net
interest cost under, the terms of each bid were reported to the Council
to be as follows :

moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Member Redpath
and upon vote belnE; taken thereon, the following; voted in favor thereof:
Lieb, Nesbitt, Ost:erholt, Redpath and Haugen;
and the following voted against the same : None;
whereupon the .resolution was declared duly passed and adopted .
