RESOLUTION NO. 368
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF
CERTAIN AD VALOREM TAX LEVIES.
'Al ERE/kS, Resolution No. 50 provided for taxes to be levied
for the repayment of principal and interest on the
Street Improvement Bonds of 1962, and
1,AiEREAS, It appears desirable to cancel such ad valorem tax
levy to be levied in 1970 by reason that there are
currently sufficient funds available in the debt •
reduction fund to pay in 1971 the principal and
interest on the above bonds.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tie Village Council of
the Village of Eden Prairie,, Minnesota as follows:
1 . That the amount to be levied in 1970 collectable
in 1971 on Resolution No. 50 in the amount of $boo.
is hereby cancelled.
2. That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to
the Hennepin County Auditor.
Passed by the Council of the Village of Eden Prairie this 29th
day of September, 1970.
