HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 365 - LAWCON - Resolution Authorizing Village Manager to Sign Policy Statement Regarding Power and Utility Construction - 09/22/1970 RESOLUTION NO. 365 5 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLAGE MANAGER TO SIGN POLICY STATEMENT REGARDING POVIER AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION IN CONNECTION WITH LAND AND WATER CONNECTION APPLICATION. WHEREAS, The Eden Prairie Village Council is in complete agreement with a policy statement (or Form 7-9/67) prepared by the Bureau of Planning Department of Conservation, and WHEREAS, The Eden Prairie Village Council intends and directs that all power and utility construction shall be according to the policy statement, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Manager be authorized and instructed to sign the policy statement regarding power and utility construction (OR Form 7-9/67) .
