RESOLUTION NO. 326
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY DIVISION FOR ALVIN HOLASEK
IN PARCEL 1620, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 116, RANGE 22, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Alvin. Holasek has applied to the Village Council of
the Village of Eden Prairie for approval of division of property in
Section 2 , Township 116, Range 22 , Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie finds
that said division of the above parcel does not interfere with the
purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of Eden Prairie.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Eden Prairie that a division of the aforementioned property
as hereinbefore described be accepted and approved .
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
at a regular meeting thereof held this 13th day of January, 1970
