RESOLUTION NO. 299
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY DIVISION FOR Robert Hendrickson
PARCEL xx , SECTION 20 , TOWNSHIP 116, RANGE 22, HENNEPIN COUNTY,
MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, Robert Hendrickson has applied to the Village Council
of the Village of Eden Prairie for approval of division of property in
Section 20 , Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie finds
that said division of the above parcel does not interfere with the
purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of Eden Prairie,
NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Eden Prairie that a division of the aforementioned property
as hereinbefore describers be accepted and approved.
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie at
a regular meeting thereof held this 1-4th day of October, 1969

V. PETITION'S, REQUESTS AND COMFiUNI CAT IONS
A. Re: Change of Mane of Shady Oak Road
Leonard U:ierka appeared and spoke against the change. After discussion,
Mr. Nesbitt moved, Mr. Redpath seconded, that the request be referred to the
Planning Comxni ssi on for study. Motion carried.
B. Don Anderson
Don Anderson appeared on behalf of his application for a Mining Permit. Mr.
Redpat;i moved, Mr. Nesbitt seconded, that Anderson' s request be referred to
the Village Manager for study and report.
C. Carter and Gertz, Inc.
Mr. Redpath moved, Mr. Haugen seconded, that the request of Carter & Gertz
for On and Off-Sale liquor license be placed in the file.
D. Hennepin County Board
The Mayor indicated teat the Village had been in receipt of a proposed
Hennepin County Hospital budget.
V. RECOMMENDATION'S AND REPORTS
A. 1970 Lawcon Application
Mr. Redpath moved, Mr. Haugen seconded, that Resolutions No. 287 and 288
relative to Lawcon application be adopted. Motion carried.
B. Trebelhorn Property Division. Co. Rd. 4 South of Lake Shore Drive
Mr. Lieb moved, Mr . Redpath seconded, that Trebel horn' s division as recommended
by the Planning Commission be approved. Motion carried.
C. Hendrickson Property Division. Co. Rd. l !Jest of Cedar Forest
Mr. Zedpath moved, Mr . Haugen seconded, that the Hendrickson division as
recommended by the Planning Cormission be approved. Motion carried.
D. Eden Prairie Body Shop. Building Permit Application
Application of Eden Prairie Body Shop was continued to a Special Meeting of
the Council to be held on October 21 st.
E. Recreation Study
Mr. Lieb presented a study prepared for the Recreation Commission.
F. Meeting Schedule.
A meeting was set up for October 21st to review building bids and receive
utility studies.
VI. FINANCES
A. Audit of Claims
It was moved and seconded that Vouchers N�lo. 6693-6794 be approved. Upon
a roll call vote, all voted Aye.
B. Audit of Cash and Investment ReRorts Dated September 30 and October 14, 1929
The Council reviewed the submitted reports. No action taken.
V11 . APPOINTMENTS
A. Human Rights Commission
Mayor Osterhol t appointed Rev. Arthur Towne and Councilman Paul Redpath to
serve on the Human Rights Commission. Mr. Haugen moved, Mr. Nesbitt seconded,
that the Council confirm the above appointments. Motion carried.
B. Industrial Commission
Mayor Osterhol t appointed Donald Sorenson and Councilman Rolf Haugen to serve
on the Industrial Commission. Mr. Redpath moved and Mr. Lieb seconded to approve
t;)e above appointments. Motion carried.
