HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 292 - A Resolution Approving a Property Division for William Kocourek - 06/10/1969 VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 292 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY DIVISION FOR WILLIAM KOCOUREK IN SECTION 8, PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, TOWNSHIP 116, RANGE 22, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, William Kocourek has applied to the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie for approval of divisions of property in Section 8, Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie finds that said division of the above parcel does not interfere with the purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of Eden Prairie. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie that a division cf the aforementioned property as hereinbefore described be accepted and approved. ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie at a regular meeting thereof held this 10th day of June, 1969. Manager Hite reported that the County rEngi-veer Had recently prepared a long range construction prcgram and that he 4:ould make a full report on the program to the Council at their June 24th meeting. F. Horse Control Policy. Mcu—lager Hite directed ti:e Council's attaluon to a provision withuZ the exi.st.ing zoning or dinar ce which prohibited the maintenance of horses on property situated within 500 feet of sUbdivided or residentially occupied property. He added that the Village was begiruzing to get complaints about horses from persons Living in residences adjacent -to properties upon wlii cz horses are grazed or stabled and that a r_ rber of prospective Eden Prairie residents had asked what the Village's rollcies would be relative to the regulation of horses. Hayor Osterizolt suggested that the matter be considered by the new Citizen's advisory Council and that they and persons now owning horses within the colrmuni.ty be asked for their recorirendation. G. Property Division. 1. Section 9, Parcel 25330. L.P. Jarrett. Valley View Road. Manager Kite reccammendec. that the proposed division of this parcel into two parcels, the smaller of which would have 22,500 square feet of area and 150 feet of frontage along Valley View Road be approved. Mr. Redpath moved that the Council approve the proposed division. 1�1r. Shultz seconded. All voted aye. The -notion carried. IH. Claim Against ',',gal-Don Duilders, Inc. Attorney Perbix reconmended that the Village settle this claim against N,-0-Don Builders, Inc. for $350.00 . The claim ..as initially in the amount of $716.00 and was for rei nbursement of water studies in the Top View Addition. Ifr. Shultz nnved that the reccazoendation of the attorney be accepted. Yx. Redpath seconded. All voted aye. Motion carried.
