RESOLUTION NO. 290
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPERTY DIVISION FOR DON OLSON
IN PARCEL 7240, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 116, RANGE 22, HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Don Olson has applied to the Village Council of
the Village of Eden Prairie for approval of division of property in
Section 25, Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie finds
that said division of the above parcel does not interfere with the
purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of Eden Prairie.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Eden Prairie that a division of the aforementioned property
as hereinbefore described be accepted and approved.

a regular meeting thereof held this 9th day of September, 1969
