meeting. The joint meeting will be held in September 2010. Danhauser asked
David Durkee if there are any items the Eden Prairie Players would like on the

6. Participate in Art Center 1st Anniversary (to be completed in May)
7. Establish an online art resource directory (to be completed in April-June)

Lotthammer left at 8:10 p.m.
White suggested having one representative from the Arts and Culture
Commission on the International Festival Committee. This could help with
inconsistent attendance by allowing for easier planning among the reduced
number of committee members. Ramos said there will always be some date
conflicts during the summer. Danhauser said if there are only three people on the
committee it could be easier to schedule the meeting times and dates between the
members. White said the main goal isn't to have a committee of three, but to try
to make it an effective use of the commission member's time. Ramos said she
recommends having more volunteers than less on the committee. Kathawalla said
there should be a variety of people and more people on the committee.
B. Art in the Garden— Saturday, May 15 at Purdy Creek Park
Danhauser said the Arts in the Garden has been moved to Purgatory Creek Park.
The entry fee will be $50 and there will be a selection committee. The event is
open to everyone, not just Eden Prairie residents. White said they are looking into
having restaurants across the street provide coupons to encourage visiting the
restaurants after attending the Art in the Garden. Danhauser said she is trying to
have the Egyptian Water Lily grand opening on the same weekend. There will be
a direct mailing for the event to potential artists.
C. Online Arts Resource Directory at www.edenprairieplayers.com
Danhauser said there will be a listing online and an online application for the Arts
Resource Directory. Petry-Lee said there is potential to place photos of
individual's work online. Danhauser said she is looking into having photos with
either using a Flicker page or with the potential to have a couple of pictures on the
