WHEREAS Robert Eickholt has applied to the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie for approval of division of the hereinafter described property tying within the plat of Eickholts Addition, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, the division to be legally described as follows: Lot 7, Block I ; together with the westerly 39 feet of Lot 6, Block I , as measured at right angles to the westerly line of said Lot 6; Lot 6, Block I, except the westerly 39 feet thereof, as measured at right angles to the westerly line of said Lot 6; together with the westerly 6 feet of Lot 5, Block I as measured at right angles 46 to the westerly line of said Lot 5. Lot 5, Block 1 , except the westerly 6 feet thereof, as measured at right angles to the westerly line of said Lot 5; all in the plat of Eickholts Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie finds that said division of the above mentioned parcel does not interfere with the purpose and intent of the Ordinances of the Village of Eden Prairie, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie that a division of the aforementioned lots as hereinbefore described be accepted and approved.
