RESOLUTION NO. 237
A RESOLUTION SHOWING BIDS RECEIVED.
The Village Clerk and engineer reported that they had on the 6th
day of August, 1968, at 7:00 P.M., received and opened bids for the construction
of Street Improvement No. 1968. The engineer stated that he had checked the
bids as to compliance with the advertisement for bids and the plans and speci-
fications, and had prepared a tabulation of the bids deemed to comply with
said documents, as follows:
Associated Contracting $28,464.75
Northern Contracting Co. 30,991 .25
Austin P. Keller Construction Co. 37,342.50
C. S. McCrossen 55,145.50
Nodland & Associates 35,099.00
After due consideration of the foregoing bids, Member Redpath introduced
the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota as follows:
1 . That the bids were referred to the Engineer for report.
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie at a
special meeting thereof held this 6th day of August, 1968.
