WHEREAS, Layout 2 for Hennepin County Project No. 67,41 showing
proposed alignment for the construction of County=Mate Aid Road 61 within
the limits of the Village as a State Aid Project have been prepared and
presented to the Village,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE -
VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE, that said Layout 2 be in all things approved.
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
at a regular meeting thereof held this 13th day of August, I968.
