VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION N0. 180
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie
that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid
Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Eden Prairie that the road described as follows, to-wit:
Shady Oak Road - Commencing at the junction of County State Aid
Highway No. 61 and existing Trunk Highway 169-212,
Southeasterly approximately 0.81 miles
to County State Aid Highway No. 39 at a point
approximately one-fifth (115) of a mile West of
the East corporate limits of the Village of Eden
Prairie, and there terminating,
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid
Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of High:mys
of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of :the designation
of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained
as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of Eden Prairie, to be numbered and
knoT,an as Municipal State Aid Street #106.
ADOPTED by the Village Council of the Village of Eden Prairie at a regular
meeting thereof held this 24th day of October, 1967.
