HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 121 - Resolution Establishing a Certain Street in the Village of Eden Prairie - 04/27/1966 • • VILLAGE OF EDER PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CERTAIN STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF EDER PRAIRIE RESOLUTION NO. 121 Eden Heights 'Road , is a public street pursuant to provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 160.05. Except that part of the above described strip which lies within the right-of-way of U.S. Trunk Highway No. 169-212. Also that part of the East half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 20, South of County Road No. l and that part of the West half of the Southwest quarter, Rection 21 South of County Road No. 1, all in Township 116, Range 22 Hennepin County, Minnesota; the West line of said easement being the Easterly lines of Blocks 1; 2 and 8, Eden Heights, and the extensions or continuations of said Easterly lines across Valley Road and Hilltop Road as dedicated in said Eden Heights. • i i r • has been used by the public and has been kept in repair and worked for more than six years by the Village of Eden Prairie continuously as a public street, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 500, Article 1, Section 5, Laws of 1959, said strip of land,being the width of two rods on each side of the center line of said street,is now deemed dedicated to the public as a. public street or highway, to be and remain the same until lawfully vacated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that James C. Brown, Village Clerk, shall cause to be prepared, and shall execute a proper notice pursuant to the provisions of Section 117.19 M.S.A., and shall cause the same to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Hennepin, State • of Minnesota, establishing the said Eden Heights Road as a public street.
