RESOLUTION NO. 98
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO RESOLUTION NO. 94
WHEREAS, the Village of Eden Prairie, did on the a'E!'of April,
1965, adopt Resolution No. 94, which relates to a proposed improvement and
alignment of trunk highway #169, and
MIEREAS, under date of May 6, 1965, the State Department of High—
ways did, by a letter, answer the three Items contained in Resolution #94,
satisfactory to the Village Council, az;d
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village of Eden Prairie
that the Project of the Department of Highways #SP2762-02} (TH#169) as
stated by letter of Mr. Welch dated May 6, 1965, is acceptable to the Village
• of Eden Prairie.
ADOPTED this day of May, 1965, by the Village Council
of the Village of Eden Prairie.
