A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT
TO ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE VILLAGE OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
RESOLUTION NO. 83
WHEREAS, the council of the Village of Eden Prairie is considering
an amendment to the zoning ordinance of said Village, which amendment would enlarge
the present Residential District R-1 .
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Village Council of the Village of Eden
Prairie hold a public hearing 6n said initiated proposed amendment at the Village
Hall (school building) at the Village of Eden Prairie on June 9, 1964, at eight
o'clock p.m., and the Village Clerk give published notice of .said hearing in the
• official newspaper of the Village by publishing a notice of said hearing in the
official newspaper of said Village.
ADOPTED by the council of the Village of Eden Prairie at a regular
meeting held this Iv day of 51 1964.
