Eden Prairie Village Hall Present: lion Nygaard, Les Wise, Harry Picha, Frances Blacklock Also Bill Holte, Summer Recreation Director 4 The meeting was called to order by the chairman, Don Nygaard. Minutes of the April 17 meeting were approved as printed. Budget The budget for the Summer Recreation Program was to be presented May 9 to the Village Council by the chairman. Sewall Property The Park Board will request to be placed on the School Board Agenda May 8 to discuss the purchase of .land for park purposes adjacent to the new school site. Summer .Recreation Bill Holte reported on plans for the summer. Some events will not be definite before the schedule has to be printed. Bill will ask the School Board for permission to use bus, school grounds and equip- ment at the May 8 meeting. All information to date was given the secretary to type up for preparation by Dave Osterholt's firm of Scryminger & Osterholt, before going to the printer (Prairie Press) . Remainder will be placed in E.P. facilities such as Drive-in Theatre, Schooner Day, Golf Courses, Churches etc. for free pick up.
