AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, NIINNESOTA, REMOVING CERTAIN LAND
FROM ONE ZONING DISTRICT AND PLACING IT IN ANOTHER, AMENDING THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTIONS OF LAND IN EACH DISTRICT, AND, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE
CHAPTER 1 AND SECTION 11.99 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAIN PENALTY
PROVISIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
Summary: This ordinance allows rezoning of land located at 7075 Flying Cloud Drive from
Rural to I-2 on 4.3 acres. Exhibit A, included with this Ordinance, gives the full legal description of this
property.
Effective Date: The Ordinance shall take effect upon publication.

the Southeast corner thereof; thence West along said South line 747.5 feet to the
Easterly line of U.S. Highway No. 169-212; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of
said Highway 118.3 feet; thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning;
