The legal description and attached boundary map is hereby adopted as the official Heritage Preservation Site map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0006: The Smith- Douglas-More House; SECTION 2. That all lands within the official Heritage Preservation Site Boundary Map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0006: The Smith-Douglas-More House and hereby is designated a Heritage Preservation Site as provided in City Code Section 11.05; SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
