The legal description and attached boundary map is hereby adopted as the official Heritage Preservation Site map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0001: The Cummins- Phipps-Grill Homestead; SECTION 2. That all lands within the official Heritage Preservation Site Boundary Map for Heritage Preservation Site Number 0001: The Cummins-Phipps-Grill Homestead be and hereby is designated a Heritage Preservation Site as provided in City Code Section 11.05; SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 2nd day of September, 1997,finally read and adopted and ordered published in summary form as attached hereto at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on the 1 day of 4 1997.
