That Article I, Section 2, Paragraph J of said Ordinance be amended to read as follows: J. "Grantee" is Reges-6ab�essems-e -the-Het� kWes ; 1-fie- KBL Cablesystems of the Southwest, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, d/b/a Paragon Cable. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon adoption and publication, provided that it shall become effective only if all of the Cities of Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, Minnetonka and Richfield adopt an ordinance similar to this Ordinance within sixty (60) days after the adoption of this Ordinance.
