City Code Section 11 .03 , Subd. 1.A., shall be and is amended 1 to read as follows : Subd. 1 . Establishment of Districts . A. The following Districts , with the abbreviations stated, are hereby establ ished. City Code Section 11.35 shall be and is amended to read as follows : SEC. 11 .35. PUB - PUBLIC DISTRICT. Subd. 1. Purposes . The purposes of the PUB - Public District are to provide a procedure for the orderly establishment of public facilities , expansion of their operations, or change in the use of lands owned by governmental agencies and for the identification of drainage ways and flood plains. Subd. 2. Permitted Uses . A. Public facilities and services . B. Drainage ways and flood plains approved by the Council . C. Churches. Section 3. City Code Section 11.71 , Subd. 2.B.1. , shall be and is a amended to read as follows: t 1. A strip of land 200 feet in depth extending along the northerly side of State Highway 169 and bounded an the west by the City limits and on the east by the west line of Section 27, Township 116, Range 22. At such time as properties in or near this zone are reclassified from Rural Zoning District to any other zoning district that portion of the Advertising Sign Zone situated within such other zoning district and 500 feet of the boundary thereof is revoked. Section 4. City Code Cha pter I, entitled "General Provisions and Definitions Applicable to the Entire City Code Including Penalty for Violation," and Section 11.99 are hereby adopted in their entirety, by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein . Section 5.
