THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE ORDAINS: Section 1 . That Ordinance #80-10 is amended as follows: "Section 2. The above-described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer ' s Agreement dated as of May 29, 1980 and that certain Amendment and Supplement to Developer's Agreement dated as of March 15 , 1983, between Robert A. Quam, Sr. , and Rymarland Camp, Inc ., and the City of Eden Prairie, which are hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances, rules, and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie relating to the R1-13.5 District." Section 2. City Code Chapter 1 entitled "General Provisions and Definitions r Applicable to the Entire City Code Including Penalty for Violation" � -. and Section 11 .99 entitled "Violation a Misdemeanor" are hereby adopted in their entirety, by reference, as though repeated verbatim herein. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
