Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended as follows: The property situated in the County of Hennepin , State of Minnesota, as v set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof shall be 4 and hereby is removed from the RM 2. 5 District i and shall be included hereafter in the I-2 District. Section 2. The above-described property shall be subject to the 5, terms and conditions of that certain Developer's Agreement dated as of 1982 between Rauenhorst Corporation , and the City of Eden Prairie, which Agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall � w further be subject to all of the ordinances, rules and regulations of s the City of Eden Prairie relating to the I-2 District. r Section 3.
