K Ordinance No. 82-14 M AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING CITY CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Code is amended as follows: (a) The property, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made part hereof, shall be and hereby is removed from the Rural District and shall be included hereafter in the RM 2.5 District. (b) The property, as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and hereby is removed from the Rural District and shall be included hereafter in the R1-22 District. Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer's Agreement dated as of September 1, 1982 entered into between G & D Enterprises , a Minnesota corpor- ation, and the City of Eden Prairie, which Agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 7 day of July, 1982 and finally read and adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on the 21st day of September 1982.
