ORDINANCE NO. 82-02
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 148.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 . Ordinance 148, Section 3, Subdivision 3 is amended by a
deleting therefrom the first sentence and substititing therefore the
following:

On any publically owned lands and frozen waters, including but nut
limited to school grounds, park property, playgrounds, recreation
areas, golf courses and lakes except areas authorized for such u
use by the proper public authority, in which case such use should
be lawful and snowmobiles may be driven in and out of such areas .

its passage and publication.
FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
