Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer's Agreement dated as of October 20„ 1981 , between Nils E. Sundquist, a single person, and the City of Eden Prairie , which agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances , rules and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie relating to the RM 6.5 District. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 1 day of September 1981 and finally read and adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on the 20th day of October 1981.
