Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended as follows : The property, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, p 3 N shall be and hereby is removed from the R1-13. 5 District and shall be included hereafter in the RM 6.5 District. Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer' s Agreement dated as of November 3 1981 entered into between EQUITABLE LIFE ASSURANCE SOCIETY OF THE UNITED STATES, A NEW YORK CORPORATION, and EQUITABLE LIFE MORTGAGE AND REALTY INVESTORS, a Massachusetts voluntary association, and the Cityof Eden Prairie, which Agreement is hereby made a part hereof and 9 shall further be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie relating to the District in which it shall be included hereafter. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication. FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie on the 18 day of August, 1981 , and finally read and adopted ' and ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on the 3 day of November 1981.
