Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended as follows : The following described property, situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, As set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. shall be and hereby is removed from the RM 2. 5 District and shall be included hereafter in the RM 6. 5 & R1-13.5 District. Section 2. The above-described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer' s Agreement dated as of March 12 , f 1981, between The Preserve a co-partnership consisting of Carter & Gertz, In- corporated, a Minnesota corporation and The Minnesota Gas Company, a Delaware corporation, and the City of Eden Prairie, which agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances , rules and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie relating to the RM 6.5 and R1-13.5 Districts. 1 Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
