Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended as follows : The following described property, As set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. shall be and hereby is removed from the C-REG District and shall be included hereafter in the Office District. Section 2 . The above-described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer's Agreement dated as of November 4, 1990, between Hustad Development Corporation +/ and the City of Eden Prairie, which Agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances , rules ' and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie relating to the Office District. Section 3 .
