ORDINANCE NO. 79-38
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE STREET
NAME OF BERTLY COURT TO BENTLEY COURT
(RIDGEWOOD WEST)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The street name Bertly Court is herein changed
to Bentley Court within the platted limits of
Ridgewood West.
FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden

Prairie this 16th day of October, 1979, and finally read and adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City

on the 15th day of December 1979.

office of issue in the City of Eden Prairie in said county,established and open during its regular business hours for the
gathering of news,sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer of said
newspaper,persown in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and at
which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical
m 'K Society.(T)Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day•,r dates
of publication mentioned below.(8)Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1,
