Section 2 . The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Developer ' s Agreement dated as of June 5, 1979 , 1979 , between IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH �. and the City of Eden Prairie, which Agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances , rules and regulations of the City of Eden Prairie relating to the R1 . 22 ,z District. Section 3 . This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
