THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : Section 1. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding as follows: See Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, s which property shall be and hereby is removed from Rural Zone and shall be T included hereafter in the Office District Zone. Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Rezoning Agreement dated June 28 , 1978 entered into between SUPER VALU STORES, INCORPORATED and the CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, which agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all r of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the City relating to such Office a District Zone. i Section 3.
