THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to 3 Section 17, Township 116, Range 22 as follows: That part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 116, Range 22 and that part of the South Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 116, Range 22 lying Southerly of the centerline of State Highway No. 5, dying Southerly and Westerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the South line of the North 511.50 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, a distance of 320.06 feet West of the Southeast corner of said North 511.50 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17; thence North parallel with the Fast line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, a distance of 168.03 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 17, a distance of 79. 17 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, to the South line of the North 146.50 feet of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17; thence West along the South line of the North 146.50 feet of the West Half of the North- east Quarter of Section 17, to the East line of the West 450 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17; thence North parallel with the West line of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter and its Northerly extension to the centerline of State Highway No. 5 and there terminating; except the West 100 feet thereof, which property shall be and hereby is removed frown PS zone and shall be included hereafter in the RM 6.5 zone. u r Y f Section 2.
