Appendix A of Ordinace No. 135 is amended by adding to Section 24, Township 116, Range 22 as follows : f ( See Attached Exhibit A) which property shall be and hereby is removed from Rural Zone and shall be included hereafter in R1-13. 5 Zone. Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain rezoning agreement dated February 7 1978 , entered into between the Preserve and the City of Eden Prairie, which agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances , rules and regulations of the City relating to such R1-13. 5 Zones . Section 3. This Ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication.
