CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE, NO. 77-24
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AIU) AMENDING ORDINANCE
M. 135.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by
adding to Section 4 , Township 116 , Range 22 , as follows :
See attached description, made a part hereof,
which property shall be and hereby is removed from Rural zone
and shall be included hereafter in the R1-13. 5 zone.
Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the
terms and conditions of that certain rezoning agreement dated

August 5th , 1977 entered into between EDENVALE, INC. , and
the CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE, which agreement is hereby made a part
hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances, rules
and regulations of the City relating to such R1-13. 5 Zones .

Section 3. This ordinance becomes effective from and after
its passage and publication.

FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Eden Prairie this 14th day of June 1977 and finally
read, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City on the Sth day._ of August 1977.

of publication mentioned below.(fi)Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1,
