ORDINANCE NO. 77-14
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 135.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to j
Section 8, Township 116, Range 22 as follo-Ts:

The South 727.0 feet of the East One-half of the
Northeast One-Quarter of Section 8, Township 116, Range #
22, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota., lying West
of Esher Hills Addition, 4
which property shall be and hereby is removed from RI-22 zone and shall be
included hereafter in the RI-13.5 zone.

Section 2. The above described property shall be subject to the terms

and conditions of that certain rezoning agreement dated July 15th , 1977
entered into between Dirlam Properties and the City of Eden Prairie, which
agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all
of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the City relating to such RI-13„5
zones.
Section 3. This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage
and publication.
FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Eden Prairie this 14thday of June 31 1977 and finally read and adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
on the 5th day of August 1977.
