Section 3. The above described property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that certain rezoning agreement dated July 27 ,1976, entered into between Condon-Naegele Realty Company, a Minnesota Partner- ship, and the City of Eden Prairie, which agreement is hereby made a part hereof and shall further be subject to all of the ordinances, rules and regulations of the City relating to such (Regional Commercial) C-Reg District and Public District. 3 -3- 4r Section 4.
