Appendix A of Ordinance No. 135 is amended by adding to Section 23, Township 116, Range 22 as follows : f Tract 1- The north 200 feet of the west 585 feet of the southwest 1/4 of Sec. 23- a 116-22, Hennepin County, except the westerly 40 feet thereof which is Highway right- of-way. Tract 2- That part of the North half of the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Southwest quarter distant 260.00 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East and parallel with the North line of said Southwest quarter a distance of 600.00 feet; thence South parallel with said West line a distance of 180.00 feet; thence West parallel with said North line a distance of 600.00 feet to said West line; thence North along said West line 180.00 feet to the point of beginning, subject to an easement for Highway purposes over the West 40 feet thereof. Containing 248 Acres. all of which property is hereby removed from the RU classification and is included in the I-2 Industrial District and shall be subject to all ordinances , rules and regulations of the City relating to such I-2 Industrial Park zone. First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 23rd day of September, 1975, and finally read and adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 14 day of ,Qrtoher 1975. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to a the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipalities which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75,,;0 of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post-office. (d) Said newspaper purports to serve the Cities of Hopkins and Eden Prairie and that portion of Minnetonka serving School District No. 274 in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of issue in the City of Bloomington in said County, established and open . during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his ' .tr direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business X , of the newspaper and business related thereto.
